1. Shipping Information

1.1 Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.  
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

1.2 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We offer the following shipping options:

Delivery Time: 5-7 business days  
Expedited Shipping:  
Cost: 200/- .  
Delivery Time: 2-3 business days  
Express Shipping:  
Cost: 180/- .  
Delivery Time: 1-2 business days

1.3 International Shipping:

We offer international shipping to selected countries.  
Shipping charges and delivery times will vary based on the destination and will be calculated at checkout.  
Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once the shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. 

2. Order Tracking

2.1 Tracking Information:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order on our website or through the carrier's website.

3. Delivery Issues

3.1 Delayed or Lost Orders:

If your order is delayed or lost, please contact our customer service team at meenakshiapparels2012@gmail.com . We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

3.2 Incorrect Address:

Ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.  
If you realize there is a mistake in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at meenakshiapparels2012@gmail.com . We will do our best to update the address before the order is shipped.

3.3 Failed Delivery Attempts:

Most carriers will make multiple delivery attempts. If the carrier is unable to deliver your package, it may be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange for re-shipment.

4. Damaged or Missing Items

4.1 Reporting Issues:

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact our customer service team at meenakshiapparels2012@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.  
Provide your order number, photos of the damaged items, and any other relevant information.

4.2 Resolution:

We will arrange for a replacement or a refund for the damaged or missing items as soon as possible.
