1. Order Cancellation    
   
1.1 Cancellation Before Shipment:

Orders can be canceled at no charge before they are shipped. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at meenakshiapparels2012@gmail.com . Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive a full refund.  

1.2 Cancellation After Shipment:

If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In this case, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for further instructions. 

2. Return and Refund Policy   
   
2.1 Eligibility for Returns:

Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.    
Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.    
Sale items or items purchased with a discount may not be eligible for returns. Please check the product description for return eligibility.

2.2 Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at meenakshiapparels2012@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.    
Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the items back.

2.3 Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.    
We recommend using a traceable shipping method to ensure your return is received.

2.4 Refund Process:

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.    
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

2.5 Exchanges:

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order. 

3. Defective or Incorrect Items   

3.1 Reporting Issues:

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team at meenakshiapparels2012@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.  

3.2 Resolution:

Our team will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items.

4. Non-Returnable Items   

4.1 Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons, including but not limited to underwear, socks, and swimwear, unless they are defective.
